IMPACT GROUP is a conglomerate of multinational subsidiary companies with its primary objective of giving back to poor communities. It was founded mainly as an ADVOCATE FOR SOCIAL CHANGE and therefore operates and delivers its projects based on the following five essential areas which are its Cardinal Pillars:

1. Job Creation

This is our fundamental objective which the company was founded and it forms the nucleus of our core values. To generate employment through our subsidiary companies. Empower SMMEs to generate and multiply employment opportunities to feed the nations and bring back dignity to our families and communities.

 

2. Educational Initiatives & Literacy

An investment in knowledge pays the best interest. Knowledge is one of the few assets that never depreciates instead it grows, compounds, and empowers people to make better decisions, adapt to change, seize new opportunities and develop communities. We support students with merit, have no means, but are determined to use their education to give back to their communities. We place students who can’t make it through main stream education and place them in institutions for skills development and employment to plough back to communities. To construct and reconstruct schools and assist academically gifted youths of all ages. We team up with the best in innovation and technology to develop gifted minds. 

 

3. Youth & Community Development

To give to the community what we expect to get back. To up-skill and develop our youths, SMMES, women & emerging farmers and contractors through enterprise development programs to become successful entrepreneurs. Assist in job creation. The “We are in this together” slogan is designed to ensure Impact Group projects are fairly distributed to different families and communities in need.

 

4. Disaster Relief & Recovery

To assist communities that are affected by disasters, both natural and man-made. Impact Group is committed to support communities, especially Post Flood Disasters, to recover and get their lives back to normal. To assist people desperate for the basics, including food, shelter and access to proper healthcare.

 

5. Preservation of Culture

To make sure that the history and contribution of the heroes and heroines are recognised and remembered for generations. To help encourage communities to celebrate their lives and history. Establishment of status and memorabilia. Upgrading of Museums in the names of these stalwarts.
